I follow this Muslim intellectual on Facebook, just for the interesting posts she makes, but today she said that ISIS is funded and supported by the United States who is using them as a proxy-army to dismantle the Shiite government that we installed in Baghdad. This was crazy to me, considering that we are now bombing ISIS military installments to slow their genocide of Christians and Shiites in Northern Iraq. When I called her out on it, she blocked me, which ironically, is the Facebook equivalent of decapitating someone who doesnt share your beliefs. Nothing like a little virtual jihad on a Friday afternoon. I feel like a bar-b-q chicken sammich.
