I follow this one with keen interest. I think most conservative leaders talk a good line of bull regarding Reagans trickle down theory of economics but theyre more cautious and are secretly skeptical. In any case they hedge their bets. But Brownback believed his own lies and cut taxes without bringing in more income thinking that St. Ronalds promises would be fulfilled so that money would somehow magically flow into state coffers like manna from heaven. What could possibly have gone wrong? HE WAS BASS-ACKWARDS WRONG, THATS WHAT!!! Now Kansans across all faiths and parties realize the error of their ways and what has led God to punish them and their state for their collective stupidity over having elected Brownback and not having questioned more. Faith in God and Jesus does not absolve one from the consequences of failing to practice common sense and well-known financial and economic rules. Brownbacks ultimate reward (or punishment) may be in the afterlife but for now he is a pariah and the sound of his name elicits curses from Kansans because hes wrecked their state. salon/2014/08/02/when_an_extremist_christian_fundamentalist_got_to_run_a_whole_state_partner/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=socialflow
