I for one cannot comprehend the irresponsibility of CVS!!! Im outraged!!! Thats right, OUTRAGED in all caps!!! How dare this pharmaceutical-chain dispense such a dangerous medication to so many with a known severe allergy /sensitivity to it? In the twenty-plus years I worked, many a friend, Boo or Poppy-Plant distributor have informed me their unconscious and apnea-induced friend is SEVERELY allergic to this substance. Might I suggest CVS change gears. Perhaps they should offer safer and much more hood-proven antidotes i.e. buckets of ice, injecting milk or bleach or a spoon that can be placed into the victims mouth to prevent tongue swallowing? Instead, they offer a medication that is costly, requires training (it was so education intensive, in the past you would have to call a physician for an order to administer it). Who am I kidding, this is covered under Soetoro-Care. As such, it must be good. While on topic, I must ask...does any brain-dead individual think this will be successful? First and foremost, how does one self-administer when they are unconscious. Further, in every overdose there seems to be an immediate danger of bystanders becoming adversely effected to the degree they flee the area...only after removing all valuables from the person. I suppose pillaging the individuals pockets is done out of a ritual of respect. As for One life being saved I offer this...how many times have you been handed a Glacugon by a family member who stated, I dont know how to use it? I think these monies would be better spent on flashy-billboards with phrases like, Herorin, pills it all kills. That would really make the difference.
