I forgot to do this yesterday. Day three of gratitude Even though yucky days like Friday are not my favorite I am thankful to live in a solid house, in a nice neighborhood surrounded by good and supportive neighbors, and have a fifty-year plus heating system that works well. I am thankful that in 2005 I bought a Toyota Camry that now has 134,000 plus miles and runs well. Regular service at City Tire, two sets of tires, and one battery are all she(Daisy) has cost me. (I named her Daisy as I drove her off the lot with only four miles experience. She was fresh as a daisy!) Even though the yard which had been raked the day before now has a fresh blanket of Leaves, I am still thankful because there are less than the day before. Life is good even when things are not perfect.
