I forgot to get pics just as it came out of the oven!! 2.1kg Boneless Pork, I stabbed 3 cloves of garlic through the meet, little bit of oil and salt on the crackle, 6 hours on low then 20 mins on the highest setting my oven would go!! It was the best roast I have ever had! EVER!!! The meat just fell apart!! Served with slow roasted potatoes individually wrapped in alfoil with homemade garlic butter.. Also served with steamed veges and my own garlic gravy made from the juices left over in the slow cooker!!! Will never cook a roast pork in the oven again!!!
