I forgot to mention at least one additional neighbor of mine, I call him Stinky for obvious reasons, he is a skunk. Stinky normally roams my property at night but sometimes he stays for sunrise. The other night I came home from a little socializing and Stinky was partying in the driveway. When I entered the driveway he was not amused, he gave me a look and then turned his back to me and then you know what he did, yes, he sprayed my car with his being. When I washed my car a few days later the smell was still present and I learned my lesson, dont invade Stinkys space when he is partying. One of my human neighbors, I do have a few, asked me if I had seen any skunks and I told her that I had and she told me that a skunk visits her yard almost daily and when her dog confronts the skunk he is sprayed, she has to give the dog a rather unpleasant bath. In this attached article, you will find some suggestions about what to do if you have been skunked. I am planning a remedy to rid myself of skunks and I dont think Stinky will approve.
