I forgot to post my before and after photos. Kimberly Firth Curtis, thank you for reminding me. See, Im having so much fun I lost track of time! ha ha. Before Herbalife, I had low energy, I could barely get through a 20 min workout. Yet, I had restless nights, acne, and even though I was very healthy, I just couldnt get my belly to look the way I wanted it to. I was facing depression and felt that I had lost purpose and passion. I drank way too much coffee and I was concerned about my hair because it was was falling out. :( Since Herbalife, (and its only been about a month) I have WAY more energy! I can easily get through an hour or more of working out and I look forward to it! I sleep so deeply, and wake up in the morning refreshed. My skin is not only clearer, but younger. My hair is lush and thick and I am sure you are all seeing how happy I am these days. In just the short time Ive been doing this, Ive had several people want to make healthy changes and Ive been able to continue my health coaching through an amazing company that supports me and PAYS ME! I have energy to live my life- fulfill my passions- run around and be a mom, a friend, a team mate, a coach, a comedian, a model, a photographer, a chef, an angel therapist, and more! (Yes, I said comedian, Im damn funny.. to me anyway) Im saying yes to radio and web interviews, Im teaching classes, things are really moving for me. Ive made more personal improvements with my Herbalife team behind me than ever. Ive never felt so confidant, supported, beautiful, and appreciated!!! The best part about this whole endeavor is how much it has brought me and my kids together. Last July when their father died, it was like we all died with him. I was so concerned about our health and wellbeing. When we were introduced to Herbalife by Clay and Jenny Greenland (family members), it was actually my son, Nathan who said yes first. At just 17 years old, he can see the many benefits for us all. Since then, almost everyone I consider family has joined in. My boys and I have bonded again over becoming healthy and wealthy together and we have dreams and passion for life again! In that regard, this company was heaven sent. As you can see, I didnt have a lot of weight to loose, but in just one month, I have gone down 2 dress sizes, lost 4% body fat, gained 4% muscle and my BMI went from 22 to 19. But most of all, check out the smile and the confidence. You cant fake that sh*t people. SO! Who wants to get hot, healthy, happy ,and wealthy with me? Im on month two and rocken this world!!! I want to bless others as Ive been blessed. I want to see men and women become their best IN ALL WAYS! I want to continue to create an unstoppable team of people who want to improve their life IN ALL WAYS. Who is ready to work with me?
