SSB is looking for people who are a reservoirs of limitless positive energy and are willing to walk the extra mile when the chips are down. In order to acquire these qualities you need to first ascertain your present and latent potential, understand what is lacking and proceed to inculcate these through a continuous process of remaining conscious to the changes/ modifications that you desire in your personality. Finally, it is not how much you speak but what you speak that matters.
