I found out some tragic news Monday. One of my high school teachers, also one I commend to this day for helping me produce my Woodstock High School basketball highlights tape, and one who I had still talked with fairly recently, Coach Keith Roddy had passed away. After all the rumors, uncertainty, and not to mention shock, I didnt want to post the news right away. Regardless of finally being in the mood to do it, it still pains me to make this post. After all is said and done and my folks finally finding out (who also had known him fairly well), I decided the time was right to come out with an acknowledgement. Heres to Coach Roddy. Hopefully as a Tennessee fan, you can still give some Bama fans in Heaven the total opposite. And say hey to Coach Joel Conway for us. I can see Roddy giving Conway a smart remark (or vice versa) right away as they meet.
