I found out today that I have to have my entire thyroid removed on Dec 12th. It is in bad shape and twice the size it should be. Many nodules and other issues. I will have to take medication for the rest of my life. I have Graves disease (over active thyroid) I have been pretty ill. 3 years ago I had my adrenal gland and a tumor removed (Cushings disease). I just wish people would be nice to me and treat me with respect. I am going through some rough times and working along just like always, because I have to. Plus, I have a special needs son that keeps me very busy. Trust me there are some really rude people around....
