I found these ruins by an abandoned mine in The Green Swamp. Initially I wasnt sure what they were from. After another investigation at the area I think its part of structure where a conveyor belt was attached. I found pieces of the conveyor belt nearby and old truck parts. The trucks may have brought the limestone from the mines to this area where it was offloaded and then processed. Just a guess though... Check out more photos and videos below in the thread, thanks!
