I found this rather interesting, I am not so sure that raising the minimum wage is the answer. My thought is that if we raise the minimum wage, businesses like Wal-Mart will raise prices, but might that be better than our tax dollars being used to subsidize the employees. We pay for it either way, but I still think the best answer is a flat tax, say 7%. If you earn 15K you pay $1050 a year in fed tax, if you earn 400K you pay $28,000.
