I frequently have people ask me how to get motivated and/or stay motivated to exercise and eat right. I’m usually at a loss as to how to answer. I guess I don’t put much stock in motivation. I find it to be temporary, fleeting. Instead I decided years ago that commitment was more important than motivation. Long after motivation fades, the commitment to myself and my goals remains. All that said, I understand that finding motivation is important for most. So, what is your motivator? Or, what keeps you commited?
