I gave a Pocket Disc as a prize today at Calvert Manor. I was having an accuracy contest with Peggy Barker while she was visiting Joe. I won a few, she won a few, our goal being to land the disc on a chair across the room. Peggy can throw with uncanny accuracy, so we have good contests. One of the spectators, a resident whose privacy I will respect, decided she wanted to try. Shes wheelchair bound, but proved herself a quick study and was throwing with precision and remarkable distance. In very few attempts, she landed one on the chair. The crowd went wild....needless to say, she is the proud owner of a new Pocket Disc.
