I gave one apple to my friend Surabh-it is very simple. This i told to one of my distant relative who works in a firm as a legal advisor..Just read how he describe this to third person-here we go-‘’The first party .i:e, Rakesh kumar also known as vendor, bought a fruit which is red in color and oval in shape called apple, has decide to relinquish his rights from the apple to second party Mr Saurabh herein after referred to as purchaser. Any default by the purchaser in payment shall be construed as breach of contact committed by purchaser and in the event of such breach, the vendor is entitled to re allot and resale the undivided apple to any other person on the terms and condition as the vendor or first party or Mr Rakesh, deems fit. Why on the earth this simplest thing is so complex and the supreme confidence and elan his shown in describing this was very amusing and surprising. The body language was reflecting that-oh come-on you common man,all these are legal things and has to be in the accordance of law,you do not know the legality so let it be with the experts..I was wondering what would be his behavior in his personal life? What if,he is buying vegetables from the market, what sort of conversation he will engaged into? What if he is asking for one more chapatti while taking diner with the family, what sort of description he will give while asking for one chapatti. What i feel there is nothing great than simplicity, even in the personal and professional conduct...
