I generated my Facebook year thing, and it really wasnt accurate. And it showed a lot of my pictures of Sushi and that tragedy - including the one of me holding her precious little dead body in my arms. And even though that definitely was the big event of 2014, it wasnt the defining one. And I want it to be about more than sadness. So heres 2014 in my own words. I began 2014 in kind of a lousy place. I was depressed and hated my job. I had just been diagnosed with a lifelong disease and didnt feel that anything was going well for me. So I quit my job, sold all of my shit, and moved to Los Angeles. I moved in with Claire Max who I had only met a handful of times, but this was one of the best decisions I could have made. She is my platonic soulmate, the best friend I could ever ask for. She made my transition into this new and scary city so easy. She is my constant. I love her
