I get a lot of comments about this subject so I wanted to make one thing clear: Leon has NO problem taking in air. If he needed oxygen or anything could be done, it would be done already. The sound that you hear is not him struggling for air, it is his paralyzed vocal cord(sound) and the floppy trachea that make it seem like he is struggling. He does have trouble once in a while but it is usually only when he spits up a lot and it makes things swell.
