I get a phone call that A has annocned in nurtion class that i let her have milk shakes in the morning for breakfast and call it a healthy breafest and that she think ice crem milk shake are healthy because I tell her so. . I had to explan why yes i do give her a milk shake the same one i drink, 8 oz of almonid milk unsweetend frozen bluebury spininge a banna chia seed and fax seed ice and protine powder and 8 oz of low fat greek yougert. That I call it a Milk shake so she drink it since she has no idea whats in it. I also explaned i was in the heath and fintess feild so i know how to feed my child and why yes i do let her have some junk mostly it healthy thanks.
