I get asked a lot (usually in somewhat whiney voices) Why do you always post your workouts, sweaty photos, pics of foods you eat and stuff on facebook so much? Well, for a few reasons. 1. Because It is MY facebook wall and I can, 2. For accountability. Making it public helps hold me accountable. Im trying to reach a goal. Im trying to get down to a healthy weight, Im trying to strengthen my cardiovascular system so I dont die at a young age of heart disease like my dad did, and Im trying to control and reverse the symptoms of PCOS and prevent diabetes. I need to hold myself accountable or it wont get done. If I dont hold myself accountable to these goals, then I cant improve myself, and Im not happy with myself in my current state. And 3. to hopefully encourage and motivate others out there who want to get healthy and fit but think they cant or just havent made it a priority to themselves yet. So, there you have it. Its because I can, Accountability for myself, and Motivation for others. If you dont like it, too bad so sad. :)
