You can order at the counter at one half of TownHall, and the other half will be full-service, with a bar that serves craft beer and specialty cocktails. In other words, rice bowls, salads, chicken, tacos, burgers to go with beer, emulsive cocktails, smoothies, a pop machine that serves 100 varieties and, oh yes, cigars.
