I get discouraged by how little I get out of my career. The time, effort and money I put into this, it literally takes everything. Im not the only one. I know a shit load of really talented people that deserve more than theyre getting. The comedy industry only gives a shit about 15 comedian. Its the nature of the business. Then I remember that the last time I had a normal job was 10 years ago waiting tables at a shitty PF Changs in Chicago and I was fired by a grown man with braces. Hahaha he had to wear a tie everyday, and braces! Imagine looking in the mirror, tying your tie, then smiling and immediately feeling sad. What an asshole. Hahaha Im doing just fine.
