I get tired of these people at the call center getting blames for the incompetence of the DSS workers. One lady sent here recent papers and all the needed verification in to DSS and they have it recorded as received on September 15. The worker never did anything with the info and the ladies daycare expired October 1. When her daycare provider went to put attendance in on November 1 for October she couldnt. It took another 12 days to get it taken care of after 3 calls to the call center where the rep sent emails for the worker to call client and never did until after 2 calls to the Directors office. The lady had to provide all the information again and finally got her daycare approved. The incompetence of the workers is where the problem is.
