At the beginning of the run I was thinking of ways to speed up my avg 8:20 pace and on the second half of my run I heard someone yelling and turned to see a guy in a field yelling and running towards me. This scared the shit out of me and I hauled ass home. I completed one of my splits in 6:56 minutes. Nothing like a little fear to help you go fast. YTD 201 miles.
