I got Cheryl a 51 Plasma HD TV for Christmas, unfortunately it arrived shattered and in pieces from what looked like a 20 foot drop of some kind. I called up PC Richards and Son to let them know and they were super apologetic and nice about it, and immediately sent me a new one. I was really worried about the exchange process at first, but they already have a new TV shipped and last time the TV actually got here a day early. They said its rare that TVs break but that it definitely happens and to not worry about it because they were taking care of the problem ASAP! Now that is great customer service (if youre gonna have a TV break in shipping that is). So far, I highly recommend PC Richards and Son for their service and Ill even spend a little more money over their competitor next time to choose them again because I know they will be there to help me and those I recommend.
