I got a call on a Monday, This business hasnt had heat all weekend. Over the weekend they put in a call to their vendor who controls their automated heating system which cost them a $450 visit. Upon arrival, they couldnt log into their climate control device. Monday morning I arrive and, sure enough they cannot access the device but everything else is still working. I found the control device, traced the Ethernet cable, and the other end of the wire is hanging in thin air. Construction people had been working in the area and unplugged the cable. (And, yes, this is the same business as last time). So, can anyone help me with the moral of this story?
