I got a chuckle twice today while I was volunteering at the no kill shelter here in town... #1 Please teach your children NOT to stare or make faces at a dog...Staring into the eyes of a dog is a sign of AGGRESSION and we all know what happens with that...well now at least the chunky kid who almost busted his arse trying to get away from the door glass after ANYA let him know whos BOSS around the shelter! #2 Patience is a virtue! To the man in the commercial farm truck who I will keep anonymous because I know the owners would HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED that you BEAT on the door glass and FLIPPED US ALL OFF just because we asked you to not stare and make faces at the dogs while you were waiting at the door....guess he didnt get that lesson from his parents either! PS: just be glad the door was locked because you might have lost that finger by ME not ANYA! What a great day when we have other parents who come in with their children to look about adopting a dog or a cat & make it a FAMILY AFFAIR...they arent rushing to adopt the first dog or cat they see...rather they ask all the right questions, take time to meet each and every animal here and then have the courtesy to say, we will need to think about this one for a few days while we LOOK around...YES MAM they said LOOK AROUND...that means that they are SERIOUS about adopting and will look to find the animal that suits their FAMILY! #fatkidtryingtorunbackwardsfallsonass #flipmeoffandtryme #LOVE #PEACE #EDUCATIONpays
