I got a message from Carrie and she asked if I could pass some info on. Instead of rephrasing it, Ill just paste it here. Hi Tori, I had just been thinking of emailing all the seniors to talk about space allotments so I am glad you asked. I am still out of town and do not have Internet access to check the schedule if the building. The building does close to the public at 4:30 pm. If I were in town I could come let you in but I will not be back at work until Wednesday. I could meet you all at the gallery after that. What I would like is for each student to give me their preferred spot and their 2nd choice spot. Faculty and I will make final decisions about space assignments. You could talk to Lisa Broemer or Denise on Monday to see if you could get access at 6 pm Monday but it is a bit short notice. I will try to send out an email before I get back to all seniors, but you can also spread the word that I am looking for a first and second choice of space from each student. It would also help for me to know the type of work and number of pieces and also approximate lineal feet of wall space needed. I will be back Wednesday and can help more then.
