I got a reply from Graeme today saying that Paypal refunds are postponed indefinitely because he cannot access his account and has not been given any time scale as to how long that will be the case. Idk, but yeah, thats the info so far. If you live in the UK, ask for a direct transfer to your bank account instead. No idea whether thatll be possible for me, since apparently he couldnt do it in Marie-Claudes case. But on to maybe a bit happier news, or at least a peak of hope: Apparently, the legal advice he is getting has to do with filing a compensation claim (I guess from his insurance?) and he has offered to include my travel costs. So for those of you who paid a lot as well, Id try sending him receipts or payment confirmations of your hotel fees/tickets/what have you. It might not work out, but I think its at least worth a try!
