I got an awesome phone call this morning from the girls dental insurance. Kimberlys dentist sent in a pre-authorization request for her dental work. The majority of her dental work had been authorized. I cried!! Weve been waiting for this for SO long! Some of it was denied and Ive already started the process to appeal that. As soon as the dentist gets the approval letter we can get things lined up to get started. Its not going to an easy road, but in the end shell be so much happier, healthier and more confident! Please send prayers as we get ready to travel this long, probably very bumpy road ahead of us!
