I got in my leg workout for Body Beast tonight and its tough. I am in Block 2 Bulk phase of the Lean Beast program (restarted that block Sunday) Bulk phase is has shorter workouts but dont let that fool you, it is a good workout. I wore my HRM for chest and back yesterday (I doubled up Sunday) and legs today and it was more of a burner than I thought. Todays was 224 for 40 mins (that includes rest periods) I know HRM are not meant for weight training technically but I just wanted an idea. It is very straight forward lifting and a little stereotypical body builder-ish, but I love lifting weights and the more muscle I own the more I can eat. What girl doesnt love that.
