Stolichnaya is the original genuine Vodka brand made from genuine authentic Russian vodka from Russia." I asked him how does that differ? If Russia made a luxury car distributed and sold in the US by AUDI or CHRYSLER would that exemption still be justified since neither distributing car companies are Russian? Any thought?
