I got into a taxi in king William St yesterday to go home after some shopping Closer to my home I asked do u have pay wave The driver replied I dont have eftpos I said beg r pardon he said its been repossessed I said I need a ATM I had to get him to drive me to a ATM I said if I were u I would let the next fare you take this information I dont know why I have bad luck in taxis In the week leading up to Xmas I represented the mayor I the city on my way home flagged a taxi I left Xmas presents and a Telstra bag with a phone an charger 2 minutes after I realized I spent the next hour trying to trace the cab no one had any trace of my fare I paid by pay wave so my bank then had it on my bank statement 2 days later this was during the day I can not believe this industry at present There must be some accountability
