I got my new Time Warner 100 megabit wireless cable modem/router, - TopicsExpress

I got my new Time Warner 100 megabit wireless cable modem/router, set it up and activated it (of course the process was nothing like the instructions said). When it boots up I see the wifi nwtworks and the wifi lights are on. After aboit 30 seconds the lights go off and the networks dissappear. I still see the wired network, just not the wifi. Ive now called TWC twice and have been disconnected when they were swithing me to the advanced help desk. Anyo e have any ideas what is going on? Ive rebooted, restored factory defaults and same outcome...
