I got my workout in earlier then I usually do and I feel amazing! On Fridays #T25 is a double dose day, meaning you do 2 workouts. Then you have Saturday and Sunday as rest days. As of now I want to workout 6 days a week. I noticed that if I take 2 consecutive days off its a lot harder for me to get back in motion. In which case, instead of doing two workouts on Friday I do my regular 1 and whatever other workout I do after that day. I aim to burn 500+ calories a day and workout a minimum of 45 min. I usually do 60min+ (25 of T25 + 10 extra cardio + 30-45 of weights) and my 1-2 mile walk with Kaleb. This week I didnt incorporate my weights because Im just trying to get back on track. I fell off for a little, but this week I proved to myself that its all mental. I took the time to remind myself of my goals. Once Im working out and get in the zone Im golden. Getting myself to mentally prepare to workout is where the struggle is at. Can you relate?
