I got profoundly depressed in the Food Bank today.I usually get a little bummed but this time I felt like I wanted to sit down and just stare at the floor.Luckily my friends were there to talk with me. Good news I got my Medicaid back and can get my heart meds again,and I am going for accupuncture again tomorrow for the shoulder problem.This time I will not try and carry so much,or anything at all with the right arm.Hard to do when you have to move.
