I got really good news today! I had one major debt that was reflected as an unsatisfied judgement on my credit report, I knew however that I indeed paid it off because when I am garnished for things I remember that! So I was right it is satisfied... Paid off and I have proof so now I am In the process of asking each credit reporter to update my score... Now that I have proof I am so excited.... ICCF had told me it was one of my only issues and that it should make a big difference... So now I will be that much closer to the 640 score I need to get all that down payment assistance! Yeah I am only doing a six month lease when we move as advised, we are not that far from getting our first mortgage!
