I got tagged in the Lucky 7 challenge by Elizabeth Corva. This is from my WIP, Substitute Boyfriend ***** And here was stupid little me, falling more head over heels with Ridley every day, especially when he continued to become a more attentive lover. I lifted my head and looked at his face. I knew, though, that he didn’t want a serious relationship…and with his past, I wasn’t sure that I wanted that either, even though the stupid part of my brain thought I did. Not only did he have a criminal and prison background, but I knew he had an ex-wife. He might have had children too, but I didn’t want to ask. He might’ve told me if I asked, and I really didn’t want to know. That didn’t mean I didn’t want him around more. “Ridley, baby?” ******* And now the Rules for The Lucky Seven Game: *Go to page 7 or 77 in your current WIP. *Go to line 7 *Post on your blog the next 7 sentences or 7 lines—as they are! Tag 7 people to do the same. For the next round I’m tagging Author Scarlett M, Stacy Gail-Author, J.m. Walker Author, Katelynn Pinson, Author Chris Tucker, Renee Dyer Author, and Rachael Orman. No pressure, but tag me if you do it!
