I got the sweetest call from one of my Kindergarten girls yesterday! Her: Mrs. Boyd, I found my folder! Me: Yay for you! Did you have a good Christmas? What did Santa bring you? Her: A BIKE! Me: Thats exactly what you asked for! Her: Yes maam! Me: I get to see you Monday! Thats in two days. Who do you miss at school? ( I was thinking of all her little friends....) Her: Mrs. Boyd and Ms Sanders!!! WELL, THAT WILL MAKE YOUR DAY! MAKE IT EASIER TO DO LESSON PLANS! You might even go to school today and set up math and reading stations for a kid like that! Hoping it will even make 5:00 am easier tomorrow morning! Well see.
