I got this beautiful letter this morning, along with these pictures. The letter is one that I know a lot of you will enjoy reading, so Im posting it :) Hi there! I was lucky enough to adopt two wonderful kitties this past May from you guys! We immediately fell in love with Saber and Radar (who now goes formally by Signal- but is usually just “Sigs”) who both seemed equally excited to meet us and reluctant to be separated, so naturally, we went in just looking for one and ended up leaving with two! That was probably the best decision I have ever made because I have never seen such sweet, social, and co-dependent cats as these two! They are so full of love for us and very cuddly and friendly to everyone that walks through the door- but it is the bond that they have between them that gives us plenty of “aweeeeee!!!” moments every day. We often joke that when they sleep they look like they are at an 8th grade dance (as you can see from the pictures!). I have read several posts on your wall about how black cats and dogs tend to stay at shelters longer than others and this absolutely broke my heart. I have always had black cats AND black dogs and I would not trade my beautiful, loving, playful boy for anything! He is such a mama’s boy and I love it. I would like to thank all of you wonderful people for the work that you do for these incredible animals every day, and for raising my babies before I was in their lives! I feel so blessed. Saber would like to especially thank Mary for all of her love and making sure that her eyes got taken care of. (They cleared up completely about 2 and a half weeks after we got her home!) Thanks again!
