I got to see the start and he got to see the finish (well most of it there are still some out on the trail), maybe next year well switch. And yes I caught the Iditarod bug, I even have favorite mushers to cheer for next year. But how do you not love a sport with dogs starring in it, especially one that reminds you of your own. Now to wait and see if he can just get a flight home, the wind is kicking again.
