I got to the gym today feeling fluffy and out of sorts.....that is until I started my workout....then WHAM!! The definition to my arms came out and I could see the guy next to me watching as I did my drag curls cause why?? yep the VASCULARITY in my arms was insane, veins were a POPPIN!! I was even shocked at it!! LoL So I have to ask myself Why am I so hard on myself? I truly wish I knew the answer to that question cause even others notice it about me. From now on I am going to EMBRACE myself and be PROUD of how far I have came this year!!
