I got up at 7:30 this morning and the power was out, so drove down to Study Butte to have breakfast at the Big Bend Lodge restaurant , they have a nice breakfast buffet (all you can eat) with coffee for about $10.00. One of the locals said the power would be back on in about three to six hours, so I decided to drive over to Persdio, to try and locate a tea pot, after going to four places in Persidio I gave up my hunt as none were to be found and headed to El Patio Restaurant for lunch, on the way back to Study Butte I dropped into the Cotton Wood Store for a few odds and ends, and they had a tea pot, so I purchsed it there. In a town of 5,000 no tea pot to be found, but the Cotton Wood store had one, who would have thought that. LOL.
