I got up early this morning thinking about what all I had to get accomplished first thing this morning… I jumped up to my feet but immediately sat back on the edge of the bed and held my feet up off the floor. I sat there thinking why do I do this? I need to always ask God to bless my feet before they hit the floor ( same thing every morning It is like that movie about Groundhog Day anyway so much for that…..). this has worked for me for a while now. The bible speaks about it too. Psalms 119:132--134.. Turn to me and be gracious to me, After Your manner with those who love your name. 133 Establish my footsteps in Your word, And do not let any iniquity have dominion over me. 134 Redeem me from the oppression of man, that I may keep your precepts. Starting out with blessed my feet gives me power over the enemy and gives me a great deal of wiggling room. I fixed me a cup of coffee at 2am and I begin to think about everyone and everything. I started by praying to God and ask him to anoint my mind so I can receive his word and most of all apply it to my walk in life. His word keeps me I hear his voice much clearer when I pray to him in the wee morning hours. I am able to pray for people that have asked me to pray and some that I am led to pray for. I ask the Lord Jesus for his wisdom. I pray for my eyes to see what he wants me to see and to be able to always see the good in everything and separate the evil and send it back to the pit of hell where it came from.. In Jesus Name. I pray for my ears to hear his word throughout the day and to be in tune to hear him speak to me I pray for Jesus to come into my heart and forgive me of any sin I have done and to pierce my heart with his love so I can love others like he does and I ask him to renew my spirit, fill me with his unspeakable joy, let it flow off me onto everyone I come in contact with today. And Lord bless those I love and will come to love and bless all that hear or share my prayer this morning , I Thank you Lord Jesus for dying on that old cross for me so I can have eternal life, I accept you dear lord. take hold of my life, keep me Lord from sinning, prompt me Lord to always stay ready for the enemy whom is roaring to destroy me and my family and all my Facebook friends Hide us Lord behind you, let us pull your righteous robe around us for protection help us stay hidden in your presence and not peek ahead of you. Psalms 3:3 but you, O LORD, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high. Anoint my hands lord to do your work and to help others so they can be blessed by you., Help me Lord to suit up with the armor you provided for me today I ask you Lord to hide us behind you this morning for this days battles in in the lives of me and my family and friends and lead us through these longer seasons of sickness, financial stress and other ongoing life events, . Help us to remember that you always are stronger than our Circumstances. We can’t always control what happens to us, but we can always control how we choose to respond. In those moments when I choose to stop complaining and instead give thanks to you God… for all the good in my life, and the parts that seem bad start to seem much less significant. This day I choose to keep a positive attitude and thankful heart regardless of what this day brings. God we know you will never put more on us than we can handle.” Teach me Lord to always Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for me in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 God bless each one this morning
