I gotta be honest with you guys, while Ive been training my upper body hard as always, this last few months Ive been slacking on legs and mobility work, with leg workouts being about 50% what they should be, missing a few here and there and only doing my mobility work one to two days a week. And right now my legs feel stiff and weak. Time to step it back up. Fortunately I did heavy squats for YEARS, but have been wussing out on them lately.
