I gotta bone to pick... Bamas Bones: We don’t yet see things - TopicsExpress

I gotta bone to pick... Bamas Bones: We don’t yet see things clearly. We’re squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he knows us!. 1 Corinthians 13:12 MSG Bone Fragments: My brother Hammer screams, just duck and go as the rain came down hard and all you could see was the foggy mist in front of you. If you were in the middle or back of the pack you may be able to focus on the tail light of the brother in front of you. Throttle up and trust your instincts. More often than not we made it to our destination in one piece. In prison the mirrors are made of polished metal (for obvious reasons). If you have ever looked in one of those mirrors (and I know some of you have), you have experienced a not so clear image of yourself. This is the world we live in folks! Everything we see with our human eyes is distorted and unclear. We cant always see the good in the stuff we are going through, and believe me I know some of it looks like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. But heres the good news: When your riding through the storm, sooner or later the Son is gonna shine and everything will be crystal clear, your destination in sight!! One day you will be released from prison and you can use one of those real mirrors. Then you can see how good looking you really are (or vice versa). On the spiritual side, when we trust Jesus instead of our own instincts our stuff doesnt seem so foggy. When our hope is in Him the ride of life is as different as a Sporty vs. a Street Glide. Sooo much smoother! If you have questions about what God is doing in your life, continue to trust Him and to seek clarity through prayer and His Word. Until next time stay On The Edge, Making Jesus Famous! LYLJ Bama
