I gotta gripe!!!! My son dropped his iPhone and cracked the glass. No worries I say, because we pay insurance month after month just for that reason. When I agreed to the insurance I was told, If anything happens to it regardless, just bring it back and we will replace it free. OK!! So month after month on the bill we pay this insurance premium. I go to the store, they tell me to call an 800 number and submit a claim. OK!! Call the number they direct me to an online site. OK!! Go online and type in all the info. REALLY EASY!!! Get to the shipping part and they charge $20 to ship it overnight. Now that was NOT what the rep said at the store, he says Turn in your claim and they will ship it overnight for free!! Still with me so far. Well, that is for business days, weekends they charge, but it can conveniently be added to you bill. OK! so lets just do this cause he has to have a phone that is not cutting his fingers to shreds. Heres the kicker: ON the last page, I have to enter a credit card because I have to pay a $100.00 non refundable deductible!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! SERIOUSLY!!! What the hell am I paying for every month!!!!! Especially when ALL THE REPS AT THE STORE tell me it is replaced ABSOLUTELY FREE BECAUSE I PAY FOR THIS INSURANCE!!!! ARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
