I gotta vent real quick! Every store Ive called a total of 3... Their customer service SUCKS!!!! I called 2 Walmarts waited on hold for 15mins each time. Now on hold with BJS another 24mins. Is it that hard to see if you have something in your store??? Omg!!! why does every store have terrible customer service. I refuse to hang up I gotta see how long this time will take. I really should be a professional secret shopper. At least Id be making money during all the time Ive wasted.
