I graduated! What a whirlwind of emotions today has brought thinking back on the journey that was undertaken. I know this might not be the biggest accomplishment for some, but for me and for those who believed in me and my dreams, walked with me, guided me, opened doors and inspired me along the way, this is such a gift..... I thank you with all that I have... If anyone says.... ... that you will never live independently after suffering a debilitating head injury in a car accident... ...or that losing your ability to read, memory and concentration from that injury means you will never return to school... ...or you will never be able to be employed and support yourself... ...or you will not be able to be fully immersed in your surroundings and truly enjoy life due to chronic headaches, pain and fatigue... First tell yourself and then show them you sure can! If you can think it, then everything can be done.... Thank you to every single one of you who share in this degree with me. I love you and heres to the future and all the wonders that await!
