I grew up in the country as did a lot of you. Ive seen the process of life coming from the garden and the slaughter of animals raised for food. Ive had to put down my own pets in the past to keep them from suffering. I say this because I understand the cycles of life and reasoning behind the birth, growth and death of everything. I dont understand though the reasoning of people posting things on Facebook which are disturbing even by my standards. Yes we must have animals for food but we should not mistreat them in the process. And, to all my friends, Id rather not see people getting beheaded, or shot; I dont wish to see dogs electrocuted for food in Asia nor hogs being slaughtered with a sledge hammer. No there are some things better left off of Facebook.
