I grew up watching Jerry McKinnis fishing shows.....I read an article today where last October he was elected into the IFGA Hall of Fame. A grin crawled across my face as I remembered him fishing in some of my home waters, and in streams,, rivers, and lakes around America as well as the world. Some shows, Jerry would walk down to a pond near his home with Norman is wiener dog and catch bream and catfish until his arm was sore, Im sure. When Norman died, Jerry cried, I cried------Tricia cried too, I had her watching Jerry & Norman every Saturday morning for the first ten years of our marriage. He is a moment of time for us, a link, a place in time we will always share. I am so happy for Jerry Mckinnis to have this honor bestowed upon him.....Congratulations friend!!!
